Job description

We’re looking for a Production Support Engineer with a strong background in .NET applications and Microsoft Azure to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining business-critical applications in a fast-paced production environment. You'll act as the frontline defense for system stability and play a key role in identifying and resolving performance issues before they impact users.Key Responsibilities:Provide hands-on support for .NET-based applications hosted in Azure cloud environmentsMonitor application health, performance metrics, and logs to proactively address incidentsTriage and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and documenting resolutionsCollaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to implement fixes and enhancementsDeploy hotfixes and minor updates to production environments with minimal disruptionMaintain incident and change records in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps)Assist in automating monitoring, alerting, and recovery processesParticipate in on-call rotation for high-priority production issues
