Experience: Minimum 8+ Years of experience (Migration Experience Mandatory) Job Type: Contract Location : On-site (St. Louis, Missouri) About the Role: (Job Summary) We are seeking a CRM Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex enterprise CRM transformation program migrating from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (D365 CRM). Experience in delivering large-scale CRM projects on time and within scope. The candidate will lead the project delivery for a banking client, requiring not only cross-functional coordination but also strong awareness of compliance risks, regulated delivery environments, and audit readiness. This role will work closely with the client, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, and Technical Developer to ensure seamless execution across all phases of migration. Key Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end project delivery for the Salesforce to D365 CRM migration initiative. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. • Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and internal delivery teams. • Drive daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. • Ensure alignment across functional and technical workstreams, proactively resolving roadblocks. • Track project KPIs include milestone adherence, defect resolution cycle time, and stakeholder satisfaction. • Experience delivering projects in regulated industries (preferably banking) with knowledge of industry-specific compliance frameworks. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and executive updates. Required Qualifications: • 8+ years of project management experience in any CRM or ERP implementations. • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models. • Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for project tracking. • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing cross-functional, remote teams in a matrix environment
