Job Title: UI/UX Developer Location: Remote (Sacramento CA) Duration: 6+ months Job Type: Contract Need USC/GC/GC EAD, H4 EAD Tax terms: W2, 1099, C2C (if they have their own corporation) Client: CA State client Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our team for a contract role based in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365, automating manual processes, and working with electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, improving user experiences and streamlining business processes. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other team members to design, develop, and enhance user interfaces and experiences for applications. • Lead the design and implementation of efficient and user-friendly UI/UX solutions. • Integrate electronic signature solutions, such as DocuSign, into business workflows and applications. • Participate in the development of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. • Ensure UI/UX designs are visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive across various devices and platforms. • Provide expert guidance on UX best practices and design principles. • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve design and functionality. • Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: • 6+ years of experience in UI/UX development, with a strong portfolio of past work. • Experience working with electronic signature platforms, particularly DocuSign. • Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Knowledge of additional Microsoft tools and platforms. • Experience in a client-facing role or managing client relationships.
