Job Title: IT- Disaster Recovery Analyst Location: White Plains, NY 10601 Job Type: 12 Months Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and support our Business Resiliency and IT Disaster Recovery (DR) initiatives. This role involves risk assessment, disaster recovery planning, testing, and continual improvement of IT resiliency strategies to ensure the company is prepared for any technology interruptions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) plans and ensure alignment with business needs. • Coordinate and execute DR testing, drills, and recovery processes. • Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve resiliency strategies and ensure compliance with policies. • Monitor and report on major incidents, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs or RTOs. • Stay up-to-date on IT resiliency practices, cloud solutions, and industry trends. • Support crisis management and business continuity efforts company-wide. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or Crisis Management. • Strong knowledge of BCP, BIA, TIA, and DR planning and testing. • Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). • Exceptional communication and project management skills. • Experience with RSA Archer is a plus. Skills: • Proficient in IT services: networking, data centers, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities. • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
