What You'll Do - Maintaining excellent client services is the company's driving philosophy. - Personally demonstrate a commitment to Client First by promptly responding to clients’ needs. - Meet or exceed client satisfaction measures. - Assist clients with desktop, network, server, and other troubleshooting tasks over the phone. - Server deployment, maintenance, and administration. - VMware ESXi/Microsoft Hyper-V deployment and maintenance. - Installation of SonicWall and routers for clients. - Printer deployment and maintenance. - Software installation and troubleshooting. - Malware removal. - Office 365/Azure administration. - Performing best practice assessments for clients. - Other duties as may be required. What You Need - Firewall Experience. - Experience with Windows Server 2012R2- 2022 and Windows 7/8/10/11. - VMware ESXi 7+ knowledge. - Professional services automation tools like ConnectWise and/or Automate. - Excellent troubleshooting skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a similar field. - Previous experience with Cisco/SonicWall. - High School diploma or equivalent required. - Certificates, licenses, and registrations are preferred but not required. Salary - Location: Remote in the United States. - Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 / Year. - This is a full-time, long-term position. - The position is immediately available. - Remote. - Monday through Friday (Regular business hours).
