Jr. System Administrator - 100% on-site Charlotte, NC $60,000-$70,000 (depending on experience) Why take this Jr. System Administrator position? • Join a stable, growing industry leader with a strong operational hub in the Charlotte, NC area • Receive a competitive salary package ($60k-$70k), good benefits, and work within a supportive, organized IT team • Gain valuable hands-on experience with modern IT infrastructure including Windows 10/11, O365, Active Directory, and mobile device management (MDM) • Benefit from a collaborative, 100% on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, essential for supporting multi-state operations What does the Jr. System Administrator do? • Provide essential Level 1 & 2 technical support to end-users for hardware (Dell), software (Windows/O365), mobile (iOS), and network issues via ticketing system and direct contact • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows desktops/laptops, printers, peripherals, and manage mobile devices using MDM (Meraki) • Manage user accounts/permissions in Active Directory, support Microsoft 365 applications, and assist with software/patch deployment (PDQ/WSUS) • Maintain accurate IT inventory records, document all support activities, and assist senior staff with ongoing IT projects and system monitoring What are the requirements for the Jr. System Administrator? • Minimum 2 years of professional IT support experience within a networked Windows environment (Windows 10/11, Active Directory, O365) • Hands-on ability troubleshooting PC hardware (Dell), printers, peripherals, and experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM for iOS) • Familiarity with patch management tools (e.g., PDQ Deploy, WSUS) and IT ticketing systems; basic PowerShell scripting is a plus • Desired Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Desktop Admin Associate or similar), excellent communication skills, and ability to work 100% on-site in Charlotte #CFSAPR2025 #INAPR2025 #CBAPR2025 #ZRCFSTECH Creative Financial Staffing
