About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team at INSPYR Solutions. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-availability SQL Server databases. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in installation, configuration, migration, and maintenance of MS-SQL Server databases to ensure the smooth operation of our systems. Your strong understanding of industry-standard High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) technologies will enable you to develop and implement effective solutions to prevent data loss and minimize downtime. We are looking for an individual with proven experience migrating on-premises SQL Server environments to Azure, as well as proficiency in refining and automating regular database processes. Your ability to track issues, document changes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders is essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in PowerShell scripting, query optimization, and server tuning for SQL Server. Experience with Always Encrypted and Dynamic Data Masking is also required. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of SQL Server internals, query optimizer behavior, and troubleshooting real-time production issues.
