Join a well-established Managed Services Provider serving small and midsize businesses in Rockland County and beyond. We are expanding our technical team and looking specifically for candidates with strong MSP experience who are ready to take full ownership of client environments. This is a hands-on Systems Administrator role that blends day-to-day support, system administration, and IT project work. You will be the primary technical resource for Windows and cloud infrastructure across multiple client environments. Your expertise in handling escalated issues, leading migrations, and supporting virtualization initiatives will be critical to client success. You’ll work closely with a collaborative, supportive team that prioritizes continuous learning, professional development, and career growth. What You’ll Do • Manage and resolve Level 2 tickets and escalations in a timely manner • Administer Windows Server environments (2008–2022), including desktop and server configurations • Deploy and support firewalls, VPNs, network switching, and LAN/WAN setups • Manage Exchange (2010–2019), Office 365, and Azure environments • Lead and support virtualization projects using VMware and Hyper-V • Configure and administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP • Perform system upgrades, migrations (P2V/V2V), and infrastructure security tasks alongside senior engineers • Collaborate on larger infrastructure improvement initiatives to enhance client environments What You Bring • Proven MSP experience supporting small and midsize business clients – this is a must • Proficiency in Microsoft Server platforms (2008–2022) and Exchange 2010–2019 administration • Hands-on experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization technologies • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and related cloud administration tools • Strong networking skills including VPNs, VLANs, traffic analysis, switching, and routing • Comfortable supporting Windows 10/11 desktops and standard office applications • Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP fundamentals Salary & Benefits • Competitive salary range $75,000 to $85,000, based on experience • Generous PTO package including 15 days paid time off plus 6 paid holidays • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage • 401(k) plan with 4% company match • Business mileage reimbursement for client visits • Paid certifications and training programs including Datto, SOPHOS, IT Glue, N-able, and more • Instructor-led certification courses available with management approval • Collaborative, team-focused culture that encourages growth and continuous learning
