Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy innovative machine learning models and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data, create predictive models, and integrate AI-driven solutions into our products. Key Responsibilities: • Model Development: • Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for diverse applications, such as classification, regression, recommendation systems, and natural language processing. • Perform feature engineering and preprocessing to ensure data quality and model accuracy. • Data Analysis and Engineering: • Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for training and testing machine learning models. • Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines. • Deployment and Integration: • Deploy machine learning models to production using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance post-deployment. • Research and Innovation: • Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies. • Experiment with new algorithms and frameworks to enhance performance and efficiency. • Collaboration: • Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. • Communicate insights and technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Qualifications: Essential: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java. • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. • Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Preferred: • Experience with NLP, deep learning, or computer vision techniques. • Familiarity with MLOps tools for model lifecycle management. • Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark). • Published research or contributions to open-source projects in AI/ML.
