Bishop & Company is searching for a Finance Data Analyst. This position will report to the Chief Administration Officer of the company and will analyze financial data to provide insights that help the company to make informed decisions. The selected candidate will compile data, identify trends, create financial models, and prepare reports, which are then used by management to guide strategic planning and financial decisions. • **Candidates must be on the island of Oahu, no relocation offered*** ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Analyze and track performance of strategic initiatives and partner with operations management to optimize return or remediate actions. • Gather financial data from various sources, including internal company records, market research, and other relevant data points. • Develop and utilize financial models to forecast future performance, assess investment opportunities, and analyze the impact of different financial decisions. • Oversee and streamline forecasting processes, potentially through the evaluation and implementation of corporate financial planning software tools. • Create clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards that effectively communicate financial insights to management and other stakeholders. • Project future financial performance based on historical data and market trends. • Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION: • BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics, statistics or related field • 5+ years of finance experience with emphasis towards business/operational analysis SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: • Deep knowledge of best practices for financial analysis and modeling. • Ability to work closely with leadership at various levels from executives to operational staff with a collaborative team-based approach. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for interpreting financial data and making informed recommendations. • Advanced/expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, strong experience with financial and database systems • CPA license is a strong plus but not required. • **Salary range is $90 - 110k annually based on experience*** Great benefits included.
