Seeking a Business Analyst to perform analysis on complex data models requiring customized reports and data. You will: • Develop new or revises existing data analysis to predict business outcomes selecting from various complex variables. • Develop and use metrics to develop recommendations related to business strategy and operations. Present findings and recommendations to leaders. • Manage small to mid-size projects Pay Rate: $60-65/hour on W2 basis Start: ASAP Duration: 7 months (40 hours per week) Location: Fresno, CA (Hybrid– onsite weekly meetings and other meetings/trainings in other locations) Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • 4+ years of business analyst/data analyst experience • Experience in work and resource planning in utilities/construction/related industry • Project management skills to lead project teams • Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver findings and recommendations to various levels of management • Advanced in Information Analysis, Market Research, Metrics and KPI Tracking • Proficient in Operational Monitoring & Analysis, • Advanced understanding of fundamental analysis and what-if modeling concepts, methods and techniques and analysis of how different factors affect business outcomes • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio or similar software • Ability to work independently in a fast paced operational environment • Creative problem skills to develop solutions • Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to justify any business changes • Knowledge and understanding of key drivers affecting business results • Excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills • Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity Keywords: data analyst, business analyst, strategic planning, budget analyst Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: • Fresno, CA 93725 (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fresno, CA 93725
