A company is looking for a Director, Managed Care Quality Analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and assess the analytical processes for insurance pricing accuracy and optimizationConduct in-depth analysis of large data sets to identify pricing trends and discrepanciesDevelop and implement quality assurance processes for pricing models and communicate insights across departmentsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in financial analysis and managed careExtensive knowledge of healthcare landscape and managed care performanceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel; SQL knowledge is desirableStrong understanding of government reimbursement models and managed care contracts
