Job Title: C#/.NET/Angular Application Developer Location: Syracuse, NY (On-site) Job Type: Full-time, direct hire Salary Range: annually depending on experience About the Role: A long-standing and innovation-driven organization is seeking a C#/.NET/Angular Application Developer to join its IT department in Syracuse, NY. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on development role with significant involvement in the modernization of the company’s enterprise applications. The team is preparing to migrate from an on-premise Infor ERP system to Infor Cloud, and this individual will play a key role in uplifting over 120 custom-developed applications to the cloud environment. You’ll develop new applications, support and enhance legacy systems, and work cross-functionally to align solutions with business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and support internal desktop and web-based applications using C#, .NET Core, and Angular. • Modernize and uplift over 120 existing applications to a new cloud-based ERP environment (Infor Cloud). • Collaborate with IT leadership, technical teams, and business users to gather requirements and validate functionality. • Build and maintain scalable, secure back-end services and APIs. • Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including code reviews, testing, and deployment. • Troubleshoot application issues and conduct root cause analysis. • Contribute to ongoing improvements in development processes, architecture, and team practices. • Provide occasional internal IT support and help desk collaboration as needed. • Document workflows and support internal cross-training initiatives. Qualifications: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience: • 3+ years of professional experience in application development, including enterprise environments. Technical Skills: • Strong proficiency with C#, .NET Core, and Microsoft Visual Studio. • Solid experience with Angular (required for ERP migration). • Familiarity with legacy technologies such as Visual Basic and jQuery is helpful. • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, XML, and JSON. • Working knowledge of backend technologies like Python, Node.js, or Java. • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and version control systems (e.g., Git). • ERP migration or Infor-specific experience is a plus but not required. Certifications: • Relevant Microsoft or web development certifications are a plus. Soft Skills: • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
