The Sr. Architect - IAM role will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining all aspects of the corporate Active Directory infrastructure, evaluating new products, designing systems, designing and maintaining Active Directory and identity management infrastructure, troubleshooting server or systems issues, defining and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical leadership for Windows servers, features, and roles, including DHCP, DNS, WINS, IIS, Client, and Active Directory, configuration and network performance. • Perform Systems health check, capacity planning, and log analysis. • Manage Windows Active Directory infrastructure for over 5000 users across all locations and data centers. • Troubleshoot Active Directory performance, authentication, and replication issues. • Group policy management, including update and management of password policies, and CIS benchmarks. • Implementing low level delegation of access within Active Directory. • Maintain and support a secured and compliant PCI environment. • Understanding of Active Directory security audit data points and best practices for security settings. • Analyzing and resolving problems related to access control, user administration, and operating level system security. • Federated Identity Management, Azure ADFS, and third-party federated services. • Office 365 Suite management, including Skype for Business, Yammer, SharePoint, Microsoft team and OneDrive. • Ensure alerts and monitoring are in place and responded to in a timely fashion. • Coordinate, participate in, and demonstrate disaster recovery tests for critical systems. • Create and maintain support documentation, asset inventory, and technical drawings of the enterprise infrastructure. • Ensure incident and change management processes are followed and impacted teams are communicated with appropriately. Knowledge & Experience: • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Online, SharePoint Services and Server, Active Directory, Terminal Server, IIS Server. • Demonstrated ability with PowerShell. • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, and configuration management software, such as System Center Configuration Manager and other scripting languages. • Disaster recovery planning and development of testing scenarios. • Operational knowledge of VMware vSphere & Hyper-V. • Experience with Azure multifactor authentication technology. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on business process mapping and the ability to apply system solutions to business problems. • Ability to quickly learn and enhance current technologies and systems as well as identify, lead evaluation of, and implement new and improved technologies to enhance the efficiency of the company. • Must have proven written and oral communication skills; strong customer service skills, and leadership skills. • Must be able to plan, conduct and direct major projects, including project definition, cost assessment, and ROI analysis. • Ability to work with people at all levels within the organization. • Relevant Microsoft certification(s) (e.g. MCSA, MCSE, MSITP: Enterprise or Server Administration) strongly desired. • Must be comfortable working in an ever-changing IT environment, have project management skills, and easily connect with Department staff. Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
