Summary; Momentum is seeking a Cloud Administrator to join our team. The individual we seek will be forward-thinking and committed to innovation and excellence. Responsibilities: • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure including virtual machines, containers, virtual network, and storage accounts. • Resource Provisioning and Optimization: Deploy and manage resources efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness. • Security Management: Implement security best practices and configure security policies to ensure data protection and compliance with industry standards. • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor Cloud infrastructure and services for performance, availability, and security issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. • Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity. • Automation and Scripting: Develop automation scripts and workflows using automation tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency. • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, system engineers to support business requirements and project objectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding the cloud infrastructure and service status. • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document configurations, procedures, and best practices. Share knowledge and provide training to other team members as needed Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. • Proven experience in Azure and/or AWS cloud administration and management. • Strong understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure principles. • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, AWS CLI or similar tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
