Job Summary: NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Enterprise Directory Lead to join our team in Washington, DC. As a Microsoft AD Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced systems engineering and administration support to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of enterprise services for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, deploying, and maintaining complex Active Directory forests and domains in a multi-site, high-availability environment. You will work closely with our engineering and administration teams to integrate Active Directory with enterprise services like Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), configuration management tools, remote application systems, or server virtualization platforms. Responsibilities: • Designing and implementing scalable Active Directory architectures to meet mission-critical requirements. • Maintaining Active Directory systems through routine upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. • Troubleshooting escalated Active Directory issues to restore service rapidly. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen system resilience for a diverse, worldwide user base. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related scientific or technical discipline. • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience supporting projects of similar size, scope, and complexity. • Compliance with DoD 8140 for Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level 2 certification required at the time of hiring. • Must be a US citizen with an active Top Secret Clearance SCI who is eligible for a higher clearance. • Must live a commutable distance to the client site in Washington, DC.
