Job Title: Analytics Consultant (Sales & CRM Analytics) Location: Onsite - West Des Moines, IA Contract Type: 6-Month W-2 Contract Pay Rate: $53-$54/hour Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. No C2C. Local Candidates Only - Must reside in the Des Moines, IA area. About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analytics Consultant to join a dynamic team supporting sales and client performance reporting initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Analytics, this consultant will lead efforts to develop and manage data infrastructure and reporting tools that support strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and support databases, dashboards, and reporting tools focused on sales and client performance metrics. • Build custom reports and visualizations using CRM platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. • Integrate data from multiple systems (CRM, financial, operational) to enable robust analytics. • Collaborate with Sales, Client Management, and Analytics stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all datasets and reports. • Summarize complex datasets into executive-level insights and presentations. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics or related roles. • Proven experience working with large and complex data environments. • Proficiency in Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce. • Strong ability to synthesize data into clear, strategic business insights. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
