Responsibilities - Autonomously drive the design and delivery of high-impact software solutions (C#, SQL, Angular/React, Azure) that meet explicit client outcomes and quality targets - Serve as the technical authority for your squad, applying deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture, microservices, event-driven messaging systems (e.g., Azure Service Bus, Kafka), M365 integration, and DevOps (CI/CD with Azure DevOps) - Champion disciplined engineering practices—code reviews, automated testing, secure coding, and design patterns—to ensure resilient, maintainable solutions - Optimize CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments to shorten lead time to production while maintaining 99.9 %+ service reliability - Lead proof-of-concepts and spike solutions, framing business cases that secure stakeholder sponsorship for pilot adoption - Own the end-to-end development and delivery of software features, helping to define requirements, prototype and implement features, organize a team, and deliver products to production. Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture: delegate work effectively, provide actionable feedback, and celebrate team wins - Manage teams of 5 to 15 developers and travel up to 20 % to client sites or Reply offices as needed Minimum Requirements - Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) - 7 years’ software development, including 3 years leading teams or complex workstreams - Expertise in C#, SQL, modern JavaScript frameworks, and Azure - Proven delivery of distributed, micro-service-based systems with robust DevOps pipelines and event-driven messaging architectures - Experience in motorsports (e.g., Formula 1, NASCAR, endurance racing) and an ability to translate high-speed, data-driven insights into innovative technical solutions Preferred Qualifications - Exposure to AWS/GCP - Familiarity with iDesign principles, container orchestration, and intermittently connected architectures - Demonstrated open-source contributions or community leadership
