A company is looking for a Lead Application Architect responsible for end-to-end architectural design and solution delivery in a hybrid development model. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor development team members, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution Provide hands-on coding in .NET and React, driving rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development Design and maintain application architectures aligned with business goals, promoting best practices in application development Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and ten years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Proven experience leading hybrid teams and mentoring junior developers Strong knowledge of .NET, React, Azure, and DevOps practices Experience with Azure development architecture and services, including Kubernetes and AI capabilities Preferred experience in product ownership and delivering enterprise-scale solutions
