In this role, you will engage with global enterprise clients to address and resolve technical issues, offer proactive guidance, and enhance support processes continuously. Your Responsibilities Include: • Investigating and resolving complex CRM and Power Platform issues for enterprise clients. • Providing both reactive and proactive support, including technical mentoring, workshops, and supportability assessments. • Collaborating with international teams to guarantee timely and efficient resolution of critical issues. • Enhancing internal knowledge sharing through documentation, training sessions, and triage participation. • Analyzing logs and telemetry using advanced tools to identify root causes and propose effective solutions. • Participating in on-call rotations, as needed, to ensure 24/7 service availability. Required Technical Skills: • Extensive experience with CRM systems, especially Dynamics 365 or equivalent platforms. • Expertise in debugging and optimizing performance across Dynamics and Power Platform. • Proficient in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate). • Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Web APIs. • Foundation in .NET/C#, SQL Server, and data modeling practices. • Familiarity with cloud identity and authentication methods (e.g., Entra ID, OAuth). • Basic scripting abilities in PowerShell or Python are advantageous. • Experience with Azure services, Active Directory, and O365 environments. • Relevant certifications in CRM, Power Platform, or cloud technologies are a plus. • Basic knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation software is beneficial.
