Job Summary CoreView is looking for a Junior Campaign Manager to help us build best-in-class campaigns that drive leads, MQLs, and opportunities. This role will play a pivotal role in managing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with our content, creative, and channel specialists (paid media, email, web, and social) to activate campaigns across multiple touchpoints. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized marketer with 3-4 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management. Job Responsibilities • Manage the execution and logistics of integrated campaigns across email, paid media, web, and organic channels. • Develop and maintain campaign calendars, tracking key launch dates, deliverables, and dependencies. • Ensure all assets (landing pages, emails, ads, etc.) are set up correctly, aligned to messaging, and launched on time. • Partner with content and creative teams to ensure campaigns are visually compelling and optimized for conversions. • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure alignment between inbound and outbound strategies. • Monitor campaign performance, flagging underperformance and recommending optimization strategies. • Support in compiling campaign insights and key takeaways for post-campaign reports. • Assist with A/B testing efforts across ads, emails, and landing pages. • Support business development, customer marketing, and field marketing teams with ad hoc projects and initiatives. Job Requirements • 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign management. • Strong project management skills—able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines with precision. • Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, web, social). • Understanding of marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). • Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and basic analytics (Google Analytics, SalesForce dashboards). • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. • Attention to detail and an execution-first mindset. Preferred Experience • Experience in a SaaS or technology marketing role. • Basic knowledge of SEO and organic content marketing. • Familiarity with paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads). • Exposure to ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
