Client: GalaxE.Solutions Location: Hartford, CT Contract: undefined Job Description This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable RESTful APIs using Python frameworks like Flask and FastAPI, building responsive user interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions. Additional responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, developing and integrating third-party APIs, maintaining existing applications, and mentoring junior developers. Requirements Required: • 5+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Python and TypeScript. • Expertise in building APIs using Flask and/or FastAPI. • Proficiency with React.js, HTML5, and CSS3 for building dynamic front-end applications. • Solid understanding of REST API principles and integration patterns. • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git. • Experience working in Agile environments and using CI/CD pipelines. • Proven track record of delivering production-ready full-stack applications. Desired: • Experience with unit testing and test automation frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Jest). • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility. • Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
