IT GOAT is seeking a System Administrator Tier 1 to join their team in Dallas, TX. The role involves providing frontline support for end-users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving basic technical issues.As a Tier 1 System Administrator, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and ticketing system. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, network connectivity, and user access. You will support Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and standard business applications, escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 support teams, and accurately document work performed. Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and communication with end-users is essential.
