To help continue our rapid growth and solve our clients’ toughest problems, we need an experienced Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will work with internal teams and clients, focusing on: Developing deep, value-based relationships with clients Creating new operating models and organizational structures encompassing people, process, technology, and governance to unlock value and meet business outcomes Gathering and analyzing client information to identify opportunities for system performance and operational improvements, and designing roadmaps and organizational strategies Identifying opportunities within client organizations to determine strategic implications and develop detailed plans involving people, processes, and technology Leveraging your technical knowledge of Infrastructure, Application Development, and DevOps for Digital Transformation initiatives Qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Leading vision, strategy, and technology roadmaps for client projects Implementing process improvements for clients’ IT systems and departments Providing guidance on IT security, infrastructure, data management, analytics, and support systems Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on various technical platforms and enterprise programs Ensuring security compliance at the highest standards Advising clients on building and managing capable architectural teams Driving technology transformation to align solutions with company objectives Assessing and advising on business continuity to minimize operational disruptions Analyzing IT infrastructure to evaluate costs, productivity, and upgrade needs Maintaining relationships with external vendors and service providers Job Requirements include: Expertise in building data warehouses and analytics solutions using Snowflake Proficiency in Azure cloud solutions, especially using ADF Expertise in GIT and branching strategies for Azure ADF Experience with Azure DevOps, including release management Knowledge of optimizing cloud costs Deep understanding of Snowflake platform and modern data warehousing concepts Expertise in data protection, privacy, access control, and masking Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation of deployment activities Accountability for solution architecture, design, and quality requirements Strong understanding of cloud and on-premise infrastructure, application development, DevOps, and data solutions Entrepreneurial problem-solving skills and a drive to investigate and understand the 'why' Additional Information about Resultant: Our team is humble, hungry, smart, and committed to delivering transformative outcomes We value teamwork, dedication, and performance aligned with client success We offer competitive compensation, benefits including unlimited vacation, 401k contributions, and personal development opportunities Our leaders serve as role models, fostering success and growth within the team What team members say about us includes appreciation for our empathy, learning opportunities, and company culture.
