Multiple locations: Charlotte, NC/ Plano, TX/ Penninton, NJ (Hybrid) Required Skills: • Outlook MS-365 • Microsoft One Drive • SharePoint administration • WebEx • Skype • Active Directory, working knowledge of • Microsoft Exchange • One drive • MS Teams • Familiarity with PowerShell usage • Proficient in viewing Splunk Dashboards and engaging corrective activities • Knowledge of current windows operating systems. • Excellent written and oral communications skills with a focus on providing quality customer service • Ability to work with minimal direction and manage multiple task
