The Operation Data Analysist will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help the organization make informed business decisions. This role involves working closely with various departments, particularly focusing on warehouse performance analytics and fleet-related analytics. The specialist will develop analytical models and present findings in a clear and actionable manner to enhance operational efficiency and performance. Responsibilities: 1. Data Collection and Management: · Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity. · Maintain databases and data systems, ensuring they are updated and functioning properly. · Clean and preprocess data for analysis. 2. Data Analysis and Interpretation: · Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. · Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques. · Interpret data results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. 3. Warehouse Performance Analytics: · Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations. · Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in warehouse processes. · Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and labor productivity._ew · Collaborate with warehouse managers to implement data-driven solutions. 4. Fleet-Related Analytics: · Analyze data related to fleet operations, including vehicle utilization, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption. · Identify trends and patterns to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs. · Develop predictive models for maintenance and replacement scheduling. · Work with fleet managers to optimize routes and improve delivery performance. 5. Reporting and Visualization: · Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). · Develop data visualizations to effectively communicate findings. · Present analysis results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. 6. Collaboration and Communication: · Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and objectives. · Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions. · Collaborate with IT and data management teams to ensure data quality and accessibility. 7. Continuous Improvement: · Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics. · Identify opportunities to improve data processes and analysis methods. · Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. · Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. · Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R). · Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. · Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. · Assist in warehouse management activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products. · Conduct regular specification checks to ensure that all products meet the company's standards (UPC / GTIN Code and other) · Analyze inventory and operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings. · Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operating procedures. · Based on Data Analytics, optimize the company’s logistics processes · Monitor logistics activities, including coordinating with carriers, scheduling deliveries, and managing transportation costs · Regularly monitor the feedback from customers to understand their supply needs · Item location optimization and streamline operations based on Data Analytics · Collect information from each department and adjust the operation that can cooperate smoothly for each department · Project design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation · Create educational/training materials based on plans · Monitors work results and communicates feedback to the warehouse operations team · Other duties as assigned by management. o *Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time; This description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions; it does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned* · Qualifications: · Associates Degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred in a related field · Strong development skills and experience · Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening) · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools · Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse management software. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Experience with detecting emerging issues and problem-solving · Operations experience in a warehouse / manufacturing environment is plus · Customer service-oriented · Excellent Organizational skills and attention to detail Physical Requirements: · Lift/Carry Abilities (measured for maximum or average load) · Lift/Carry/Push/Pull up to 49 lbs. · Physical Aptitudes (rated based on level of skill involved) · Posture Tolerance (rated based on frequency or time involved) · Stand/walk – occasionally · Reach above shoulder level – occasionally · Twist/turn head – occasionally · Bend over/stoop – occasionally · Climb steps/ladder – occasionally · Kneel/squat - occasionally Job Type: Full-time Pay: $62,400.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Compensation Package: • Yearly pay Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: • Secaucus, NJ 07094 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
