Key Responsibilities: - Develop business requirements by working with key stakeholders and effectively communicate technical requirements to implementation teams. - Work under an ITSM framework, manage, communicate and implement incident and change management tickets. - Develop, control, and maintain Data Quality Rules that can be implemented on Global platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop validation and verification procedures to ensure data accuracy and reliability. - Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and data lineage. Skills and/or Certifications - Strong knowledge of data transformation processes, exposure to standard and complex datatypes. - SQL and Python skills required, Big Query experience preferred. Experience using these languages to evaluate data quality, accuracy and completeness is preferred. - Experience building data ingestion and analysis processes on large data sets. - Knowledge of Data Operations methodology and data management approaches is preferred. - Knowledge of Service Now and/or Jira is an advantage. - Additional beneficial experience/skills – Graph database technology, AWS/GCP, NoSQL, SQL Server administration, R, machine learning, web technologies, data mapping from multiple data sources. - Google Cloud certification a plus. - Experience in managing stakeholders and project plans. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Show an ownership mindset in everything you do; be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action, be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success. - Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs. - Where applicable, fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market.
