Position: Windows Systems Administrator (Azure/ WMware) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Windows System Administrator with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and VMware to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing both on-premises and cloud-based systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across the organization. Responsibilities: Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security components. Manage and maintain VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, resource pools, and virtual machines. Automate tasks and deployments using Power Shell and Azure CLI or ARM/Bicep templates. Monitor system performance, availability, and security using appropriate tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, vRealize, SCOM, etc.).Plan and execute patch management, system updates, and infrastructure upgrades. Implement and manage backup/recovery and disaster recovery strategies across hybrid environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployments and resolve technical issues. Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and best practices. Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and operations.$70,000 - $110,000 a year
